You don't have to be a local of Wells to belong to the Wells Wheels ATV Club.
In fact, most of our members come from Quesnel, Prince George, Wells and other locations in the province!
We have grown leaps and bounds since the Club was incorporated on September 17, 2012, which boasted just 10 members.
The Club (with only 20 members) took on the Herculean task of hosting the 2018 ATVBC AGM & Poker Ride, with the support of many volunteers from other clubs and ATVBC Board members.
The "District of Wells" creates ATV access into the community...
The dream became reality, with the support of the District of Wells, Barkerville Historic Town, Barkerville Gold, Desi from Recreation Sites and Trails BC, ATVBC and all of the other amazing supporters and Provincial Grants, we accomplished the "ORV bylaws for a Town Corridor".
The BGM Trail from the Town of Wells to the One Mile Bridge, connecting the Barkerville Historic Town, and the Valley Mountain Trail to Forest Rose Campground.
Our ORV trails are now connected to accommodations, food and fuel and campgrounds in Wells, as well as accommodations, food and campgrounds in Barkerville Historic Town.
